"Commercial Leasing and Sales Executive"
                           Qualifications:                        
  • Bachelors Degree
  • At least 1 to 3 years experience in corporate marketing environment/Corporate Sales
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong communication and conceptual skills
  • Experienced in the creative development/production process(preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite/Front Page/Power Point.
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic is a must
  • Some knowledge in the commercial Real Estate industry (preferred)
  • Positive approach to "customer satisfaction"
  • A Team player dedicated to the overall goals of the company
  Responsibilities for this position include:
  • Prospecting/ daily review of any and all periodicals and/or printed data for new prospects
  • conduct sales calls and presentations
  • Respond to requests to view Properties
  • Maintain Prospect Database
  • Maintain Property Listings in CCIM, Loopnet and CoStart
  • Send Updates/ Critical -any new marketing collateral or any updates to any marketing data must be sent to the Website in a timely manner(i.e.., Flyers, site plans, photos, demographics, any and all pertinent data property specific)
  • Creating Marketing Flyers and preparing Marketing Packets for mail outs and site visits on as needed basis
  • Oversee development and implementation of marketing campaigns
